I always wanted to be a diver when I was growing up. I have no idea how I ended up becoming an artist. Through drawing, however, I realized that both practices satisfy a need for discovery and a connection to a hidden world. The drawings began as studies for sculptural forms, but they slowly became autonomous works and my most meditative process. Sold as limited-edition prints, they function for me as a form of publication
